4. Contact form & e-mail contact
4.1 Description and Scope of Data Processing
On our website, a contact form is available, which serves our users to send us an email directly through the website. If a user uses this contact option, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted to us and will be saved.
The following data will be stored:

(3) Subject of interest
(4) Message text
Before we start processing user-submitted data, the user needs to consent as part of the submission process in the contact form. In the consent, reference is made to this Privacy Policy.

The collection of the data within the email sent through the contact form serves us only for communication purposes. Data can be visible to Squarespace.com (the platform which our site is built with), where they also store information on their servers, but Squarespace.com does not share information with third parties. The data will be used exclusively for the use of Denis Vengust to communicate and will not be shared with third parties. The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form.
4.3 Duration of Storage and Removal Opportunity
The data will be deleted when the conversation with the user ends or when it is no longer necessary for the purpose of providing the Service. The conversation is ended when all of the facts have been clarified with the user.
The user can at any time revoke his consent to the processing of the personal information by contacting us directly by e-mail (info@denisvengust.com). The objection can also be addressed by telephone and can be made informally without stating reasons. All personal information stored in the course of contacting will be deleted in this case.

We also communicate with our users through provided links to our different social media accounts. All social media links will redirect the user to the respective third-party social media website. We have no control and do not take responsibility for the contents of any such linked website. On our website we have embedded YouTube & Vimeo service for purpose of playing videos.

In order to watch videos on our website, a message will alert, that you need to accept YouTube & Vimeo cookies to do so. Since YouTube videos have inherited privacy-enhance mode, they won’t store any information (meaning cookies will not be placed on your computer) about our visitors, unless they play the video (according to the Google-Youtube guide: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/171780?hl=en-GB).
In other case embedded Vimeo videos establish a direct connection between your browser and a server of Vimeo in the USA.

Data from Analytical/Performances cookies can be transmitted, regardless of whether you are logged into a user account with YouTube or no user account exists.
